Our fabrics are hand-block printed on natural cloth. Gentle hand wash separately in cold water, dry in shade, and iron on reverse. We recommend dry cleaning for the first wash, especially for embellished and bridal pieces.

Slightly, yes — and that’s the beauty of handcraft. Because every piece is block-printed by hand with natural dyes, tiny variations in colour and print placement are natural signatures, not defects.

Ready-to-ship, in-stock pieces can arrive in as little as 4 working days, and express shipping delivers in 5–7 working days. Made-to-order, hand-block-printed styles are crafted in 10–15 working days (bridal and heavy handwork may take a little longer). Full details on our Shipping page.

Returns and refunds are accepted only for a manufacturing defect, reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video. Every piece clears three quality checks before dispatch, so that proof is compulsory. We cannot accept a return for fit — our sizes follow the published size chart and each garment carries inside margins for alteration. Sale and “Last Set” pieces are final. Where a defect is verified, the reverse pickup is free; a fee of ₹300–500 applies only if we approve a pickup for any other reason. Full details on the Returns & Exchange page.
