1.) What are the shipping charges ?
A shipping charge of Rs320 shall be added to the cart automatically for each domestic order and Rs70 for each additional garment/product. For International orders, shipping is around INR2000 for first garment and additional INR500 per garment.
2.) What is the Minimum Estimated Delivery Time for Product Orders?
The item will be shipped in 7-14 days from the date of receiving the payment, subject to availability. Festive Wear may take a long period of around 14-18 days due to intricate work to be done on them before shipping.
1.) Do I need to ship the return parcel or it will be picked up by Gulabo Jaipur?
Once you have made request for return or exchange and it is accepted by GulaboJaipur, you are required to send the parcel back, if you want pick up to be arranged , company will schedule the reverse pickup of the parcel with our shipping partner, and 250/- rs amount will be payable by the customer.
2.) Does Gulabo Jaipur accept return of product delivered to us?
Yes. We are committed to give you a satisfactory shopping experience with any product you have ordered at Gulabo Jaipur. If the product is defective, damaged, you can either get it exchanged or get a cash refund.
If there is a size issue, GJ will fix it for you. You’ll need to send it back, it will be foxed and sent back.
For any Exchange related request, original garment must be returned to us within 7 days time along with all order and contact related details.
⁃ Exchange is allowed only once per order.
⁃ Garment customised in any way is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
⁃ No two discount offers can be clubbed together.
⁃ No return, refund for juttis and earrings.
⁃ Coupons cannot be clubbed with GJ credits.

You can make request for return by WhatsApping or getting in touch with our customer care at 9928594699 or just drop an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . Make sure to mention your name , order ID and contact number in your request. Our executive will guide you with further processing.
4.) What Standard Checks does Gulabo Jaipur do when accepting return products from customers?
In the course of product returned/exchange, all products are checked by our team. Return policy void if price tag is broken or tampered, product damaged in transit due to improper packing by customer, missing any accompanied accessories. It should have original invoice and all other stuff with sent with the parcel. Product should be in proper and unused condition. It is all subject to inspection by Gulabo Jaipur team.
5.) Who will bear the shipping charges for returned product?
Return shipping charges is to be borne by the client. When shipping exchange garment, shipping not be charged again.
For any order cancellation request, customer must get in touch with customer care via mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing the order.

⁃ Credit note is valid for 6 months time.
⁃ It must be used in one go to purchase something of same or higher value.
⁃ Shipping is to be borne by the customer.
