For any order cancellation request, customer must get in touch with customer care via mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing the order.

- If, seller team is contacted after 48 hours , order amount will be converted to credit amount. Client is also free to change their garment and use amount later but within 6 months time.

Order Cancellation Rights:
Gulabo Jaipur reserves the right to cancel any order if the products are out of stock or if there is an error due to a technical glitch that resulted in incorrect product listings or pricing. We strive to ensure the accuracy of all product details, but unforeseen issues may occasionally arise, necessitating order cancellations.

- Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.
