Refund, Cancellation and Exchange
1. Important Disclaimer for Dispatched Orders (Domestic & International)
Once the order has been dispatched, no change, cancellation, address modification, or return request will be accepted for both domestic and international shipments.
If the customer refuses the delivery or does not accept the parcel at the time of delivery, both shipping charges and return charges will be borne by the customer.
2. Exchange / Return Initiation Timeline
Customers must inform Gulabo Jaipur customer care within 24 hours of receiving the product in case they want to report a defect or initiate an exchange.
Beyond this timeline, requests will not be accepted.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
You may request a change of garment or add items within this time frame.
If you do not wish to shop immediately, the paid amount will be converted into GJ credits, valid for 3 months.

4. Exchange Policy
Exchange is available only after returning the original garment to us:

International Orders: within 7 days of receiving the parcel

Domestic Orders: within 5 days of receiving the parcel
Please include order details on the return parcel.
Conditions:

Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Exchange can be done for same or higher value products.

Garments purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return/exchange. Only size issues will be handled.

Custom-made or altered garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

GJ credits and coupon codes cannot be combined.

Garments above ₹12,000 are only eligible for size correction, not exchange or return.
5. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product Received
We perform multiple quality checks before dispatch.
If a damaged/defective or incorrect product is received:

Inform us on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery

Mandatory Unboxing Video is required for any defect/damage claim
(No unboxing video = no exchange approval)

6. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
If you are unhappy with the fit or product:

You must ship the parcel back at your own cost.

After we receive it, you may request an exchange or GJ credit valid for 3 months.
7. In-Store Purchase Policy
Products purchased from Gulabo Jaipur physical stores are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or credit note.
8. Block Print Disclaimer

Slight variation in print/color is natural due to hand-block printing.

Minor stains from block printing are normal and not considered defects.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen brightness.
