Shipping Information:

Since most of our collection is made on order, we need an adequate amount of time for the same, depending on the number of outfits also.

Cotton collection and everyday wear are dispatched within 8-10 days’ time, excluding transit time.

Festive and wedding wear heavy range generally takes 12-14 days’ time, excluding transit time.

For orders that contain more than two outfits may take upto 15-20 days' time.

International shipping takes a minimum of 12 to15 days, excluding transit time.

For orders containing more than 3 outfits, it may take upto 3-4 weeks.

  • For all orders within India, 300/- per garment shipping is charged, additional amount is added depending on the next outfit. Shipping for orders above 10,000/- enjoy free shipping.
  • For International parcels, we charge 2000/- per garment base charge and 500/- each for each garment you add to the cart.
  • For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
  • For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duty and taxes depends on the policies of the destination country.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that we might not be able to restock a garment in time or discontinue a particular collection. In such a scenario, you will be offered an alternate option within additional discount.

  • You will be notified with tracking information a day after the outfit is shipped, so you can track its movement.



Cash On Delivery: 

  • Orders up to 5999/- are eligible for cash on delivery.
  • If your amount is higher than 5999/-, contact customer care at +91-9928594699. Available executive will offer you the option for partial COD, where you will be required to pay a 30% advance amount and the remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
  • In case, you refuse the parcel or are unavailable to accept it and it is RETURNED TO ORIGIN, RTO, 30% amount will not be refunded and to attempt shipping again after getting it back on our end, you will need to pay shipping amount again.
  • COD parcels take longer in transit.


Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address

We request you, always double-check your delivery address.

You can change your address, should you feel the need to. Contact customer care at +91-9928594699, and update the revised address. We will send your shipment to the new address if it has not been shipped already.

If there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient, shipping must be paid again so we can ship again, only after receiving the return parcel.
